Good theme designer who was open to helping with some necessary modifications to the code and design. Communication not always timely but quite acceptable. Would hire again.

I don't recommend this company due to my bad experience and you should absolutely avoid them.
Their site isn't easily transferable from one environment to another. When we moved the website to production, it started loading slowly, taking several seconds after each click on a page. I reached out for support, but they refused to help unless we renewed the license, extended support, and made additional purchases. I've come to realize that this website isn't suitable for production without spending more money on support, templates, and other add-ons.
This approach is unprofessional and a waste of time. Ultimately, it was easier for me to restore the old website, which works perfectly in my production environment.

I got excellent help with modifications of a theme from Zozothemes. After a little slow start, probably caused by communication problems due to my poor english, they fixed everything I asked for.
