Have had to try and claim a charge back from my bank, immediate shipping and 2 weeks later yodan haven’t received my parcel yet my Zrendi state they have it and delays are because of covid 19. Absolutely avoid this company. The reply’s they do send make no sense at all!

I’ll keep it brief - these shoes are fake. They smell of plastic and glue even though they are meant to be leather, the labels are in Chinese and the quality is awful. Do. Not. Buy.

SCAM!
SCAM!! I’ve reported this company to the bank and received a charge back. They are connected to a few other scam websites with very poor reviews and are registered on Companies House as Footwear Factory Limited but bank said it’s very likely they are based overseas. Order is meant to be dispatched same day but it’s been two weeks and Yodel (who are meant to deliver the parcel) still haven’t received it. Yodel have said they’ve likely sent them a fake reference number. Emailed company and received no response. Ignore these reviews as they are fake. Take a look at the other company one of the reviewers have reviewed, looks veeeery familiar to this company’s website 🤔
