We were looking for a mother of the bride outfit for my mum who is living with dementia. The lady in the shop was so understanding and caring. She was excellent with our mum and adapted for her needs. It was very emotional and comforting for me to see my mum being treated as a human being who deserves to feel special when shopping. Thank you so much for today. You are a lovely person and have a wonderful boutique. We will be back 🙂

Just returned home from a purchase @ Zsa Zsa Westbourne to find the item was in fact a Primark product with the supplier label removed, but the sew in washing label intact showing the original retailer being Primark. Absolute con. T.S. Be aware !.

I ordered a pair of fluffy sliders for my God daughter in a size 5 but they were more like a size 4 . I exchanged them for the next size up . The sliders are lovely and the customer service excellent and friendly .
