Worst company ever bought from, ordered in December, emailed multiple times never responded to, then the final email I sent I swore as I was really annoyed, this got their attention and they said they would refund and said don't swear again or you won't be responded to. No refund, no response since. All the good reviews on here are fake. Mikayla on tiktok even took down her video promoting them as she didn't want to be associated with them as they are scammers. DO NOT BUY YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.

I saw this brand on tiktok. It was a total scam! DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered some eye glitter on 12/2/21 and never received the product. I have sent several emails and never received a response. It has been 4 months. I contacted my bank to see if they can do anything.

FAKES GOOD REVIEWS!!!! Update- Only got my refund when I went through PayPal, she thinks it’s funny that’s she’s robbing from hard working people, and has now miraculously received a random good review after I brought up that I can tell from her trust pilot that I am not the only one who has been conned

I posted a review 1month or so ago telling my issue with my order that never arrived.

I submitted a complaint to Afterpay [Clearpay] (as I had paid through them) and they resolved my dispute for me. I GOT MY MONEY BACK.

If you paid via paypal, lodge a dispute through them

If you paid via Afterpay (Clearpay), Lodge it through them. They may take some time to investigate the issue.

If you used a credit card, try and lodge through your bank. (I cannot guarantee it will work but it was going to be my last resort if Afterpay didn't come through)

The 1 star review is for the horrendous service I received from Zs official. I have now learnt my lesson and will always pay online through Paypal

Still waiting 3 months later for my order. I’ve sent multiple emails to see where it is and no response. Products look amazing but don’t bother, feels like a scam. They have even switched off comments on insta because this is a long standing issue.

Like many others she promised me a refund and did not follow through - fortunately Paypal have reversed the payment. She needs to be reported to the police.

I placed an order over 3 months ago and still no product! I have reached out to them on every platform possible and no response! At this time I'm over it and just want my money back! I feel like I was just scammed!!!

You’ll never receive the product. All good reviews are from fake accounts, even on social media. Dispute immediately. This owner is also involved in highly illegal things. Google them before making any purchase.

ITS A SCAM.
Ordered products from this company in December of 2021. Spent over 50$ on glitter and have still not received my purchase. Reached out to their support email and never got a response.

I ordered from ZS official in the end of November and received my 2 pressed glitter shadows in the beginning or mid January. Meanwhile I waited I mailed their “support” and got no answer at all. However when the products finally arrived I got the wrong glitters. Nothing like the things I ordered and one was broken. I once again mailed and finally got an answer about if I wanted a refund or the right products. I answered. That was in beginning/mid January and haven’t heard from them since and I’ve been trying to context them like 5 times and gotten no response. I cant comment on her instagram anymore don’t know if she regulated so I can’t or if it is for everyone. All in all it sucks because the shadows are great. The customer service is horrible and i would never recommend the company nor order from them again.

I never got my order and they're not responding to anyone, please don't buy from her and her drug dealer boyfriend.

I am a genuine ZS Official customer though, so this review is not fake (I have the order confirmation to prove this).

Since ZS Official is a legitimate UK registered company behaving very badly, here is what you can do:

1. Report ZS Official to the police online at actionfraud.police.uk
2. Contact the Citizens Advice Bureau consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133
3. Make a complaint to the UK Government Insolvency Service who can investigate and disqualify company directors for 'unfit conduct'.
4. Contact Trustpilot Support to highlight the highly promotional and probable fake 5* reviews.
5. Contact Shopify Support. ZS Official is using them to host her online shop.

ZS Official's company number is 10163261. Their registered address is Zs Official Beauty Limited, 16 New North Parade, Huddersfield, England, HD1 5JP. The contact person is Zain Sarfraz. All this information is publically available on the UK Government Companies House website. You will need these details to report ZS Official.

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act:
1. Goods should be delivered within the timescale stated or within 30 days of the order.
2. It would be down to the trader to prove the goods have been sent to you.
3. If you have waited for more than 30 days, you can request to cancel the order and ask for a refund.

If you have paid using PayPal or using a credit card, I would contact them asap to reverse the charges.

If you are UK based and have lost a significant amount of money, please consider making a claim via the Small Claims Court.

The more of us who report ZS Official, the more likely she will be investigated by the authorities.

worst company ever. ive waited and waited and waitedddd for my order.. ive emailed 3x now... NOTHING ZILCH!! This site is a scam. I’ve order products on January and still haven’t received anything and no one is answering to my emails. Please don’t make the same mistake. They just want to steal your money! This is my second review because o don’t want other people to fall for this.

I placed an order on December 1, 2021 and received confirmation of my order (#ZS3843). On December 11, 2021, I received a shipping confirmation. However, the tracking never updated. So on January 4, 2022, I emailed their "customer support" and asked for an update on my order. In response, I received a response that my package was "missing" and they would need to "investigate with Royal Mail." in the meantime, they promised to resend my order.

since then, I have sent three follow-up emails with no response. I eventually requested a refund and they never responded. I messaged them on instagram and left a comment on a post, and they never responded to either and then blocked me from commenting on their posts.

This company stole over $80 from me. Do not trust the obviously fake 5 star reviews on here - this company is a scam and will take your money, send fake shipping confirmations, never send your order or respond to your emails/messages. Please learn from my mistake (and the countless others with 1 star reviews on here) and DO NOT ORDER from this company no matter how beautiful their glitters look on social media.

three months after I ordered from this company I’ve still not had a reply to the emails that I’ve sent questioning the refund I was promised and frankly I’ve had enough and I just want my money back.

it’s clear I’m going to get nowhere by sending emails and posting reviews on here so following the instructions of review I saw on her earlier, I have submitted a case with action fraud, in which they compare reports with others to form patterns so i therefore encourage everybody within the UK who has had the same experience as me to do the same - submit a report and hopefully we can see some results.

Could you please tell me why the orders in the US are not being delivered?

Like many of the comments I have ever received my order, I have emailed four times been in contact on Instagram leaving comments on their posts, and the only response I had was about two weeks ago stating I would receive my refund as of next week. I have not received my refund and I am so angry. Does anybody know how to take this further to get these people shut down!

I placed an order on the 2nd of December and did not arrive. I tried contacting the seller and did not help me at all, she stopped replying as well. Asked me for the order details and not a word since. I wouldn't buy again. I would suggest buying from hidden cosmetics instead.
