The Zth program is not what I expected. I thought it was a overpriced program that gives you some cone drills and called it a day. But no this program is the real deal. It helps you with your mindset and shows you how to be the best version of yourself. Overall highly recommend.

It is such a great program, it helps you in so many ways, it gives you guides on everything from foods to eat to on the field training. One of my favorite features about the player accelerator is that it gives you a guide on how to get noticed and how to get your opportunities with pro, Ecnl, or college coaches. In the player accelerator it also gives you full access to calls with professional players and full guides on recovery. You get to talk and ask questions to pro players college players coaches and you get so many more opportunities. It helps a lot. I would definitely recommend.

Very good programme that has overall changed my whole world around in football. Very specific steps that made me a better player than I was 1 year ago 100% my mentality and ball control has severely increased and my routine has changed for the better.

Before joining zthtraing I was nothing I wasn't know the steps that can help me become pro.also I was not really good at skills and I wasn't had confidence to play with people who wasn't know. Honestly zthtraing had really helped me to become really good at my mental statement and my soccer IQ. And it's still helping.

Honestly, ZTH Training is great. It works on all four aspects of your game: mental, technical, physical, and game IQ. I had the program for a month and I'm sure I'll keep it. For example, before, I wasn't confident at all, just an average player with no discipline. Now I'm much more disciplined, I eat well, following the program's nutrition guide, and I do my workout before my team training. In the last training session, I scored three goals and everyone was saying I was amazing! Then there's also the community where we have wins every day and everyone is positive and encouraging. It actually helps and demands discipline at a very flexible rate surprisingly. When u get in the courses and stuff will be abit confusing cuz u beginner. But the improvements are crazy real and the progressive drills are incredible
