When I received my iPad pen, the packaging was in good condition and the pen looked perfectly fine. It was clean and didn’t appear damaged at all.

However, after reading the instructions and following all the steps, it didn’t work with my iPad I press the button as instructed and try connecting it, but nothing happened and I also charged it fully and try it again Sure I wasn’t missing anything, but unfortunately, I couldn’t get it to function.

Overall, the product look good, but I was disappointed that it didn’t work as expected

The case failed with the 2 year warranty period and despite a number of attempts no response from supplier, very disappointing.

I ordered an iPad case from them, but it was too small. I emailed them at least four times over a week asking how to return it for a refund, but they never responded. Now I'm stuck with a case that doesn't fit and they've completely ignored my messages. Stay clear of this place, I think it's a scam website.

I purchased a cover for my iPad Pro 7th generation.

The rubber cover over the power on/off button will not operate the power on/off button on the iPad itself. If I take the iPad out of the case the power on/off button works perfectly.

Also the rubber buttons covering the volume up and down buttons only work very intermittently. Again if I take the iPad out of the case these buttons work perfectly.

I have to manage volume via the control panel and it is impossible to take screen shots.

I had to email the support group at the address listed on the ‘satisfied/dissatisfied’ leaflet three times. However, they did eventually provide me with a refund (minus the postage) so at least that indicates that they are a reputable company.

I bought one of their cases for my new iPad Pro 13 inch. I had a little difficulty with the switches and did a review criticizing just that problem, the rest of the case was great. I’ve suddenly found all the switches, the volume ones and the on/off now work perfectly so am correcting my previous review, this case is perfect, all the switches work, the support for the various angles to watch the iPad does not slip and the magnet closing the case does it’s job. Great value for money, great protection in case of dropping it and prompt delivery.👏👏👏
