Beware! Zuai Charges Without Consent”

I was charged twice by Zuai without my consent, for a total of ₹1198. Despite repeatedly contacting their support team, I received no assistance or proper response. The app deducted money from my account without my permission, which feels completely unfair and fraudulent. I strongly advise others to be cautious before using this app. Zuai’s customer service is unresponsive, and they do not respect their users’ rights. Very disappointed.
