Goods never arrived and no one answered emails.

I ordered a jumper. After 12 days it had not arrived. I then noticed that the tracking said its from China. I asked for a refund and I was told that I would get one. I waited a week and asked for an update. No one replied. I asked after another week for an update and no one replied. I ended up asking Klarna to investigate. This is not a Finnish company. Its based in London. Also the Finnish website has some German words randomly in the text. They just ship crap from China or you dont even get anything and they try to keep your money.
