Stay away from Zula Zürich

Stay away from Zula Zürich! The delivery took 3 days short of a month. Despite the Swiss website, email address and phone number, the company is actually located in China- to where goods would need to be returned. The clothes I ordered were too small and despite several emails back and forth, they would not agree to a refund upon returning the clothes. They suggested I keep the clothes with a refund of 20% of the purchase price. With some ‘negotiation’ they offered me 30%- although the clothes remain too small of course… The cost for a package under 2kg from Switzerland to China is minimum 48.- CHF. The company simply doesn’t offer anything close to what they claim on their website in terms of customer service or return policy. I recommend purchasing elsewhere.

Mind this Webshop!

Mind this Webshop!
When you want to send back goods, you need to send them to China at your costs.
Extremely bad customer service! They just don’t respond anymore when there are problems.
I have cancelled an order before it was even treated, they still sent it directly from China an now customer service seems to be disappeared.
Need to address via credit card company as ‚claim back‘.
So mind this company unless you are 100% sure size and quality fits!

My order still not yet arrive

My order still not yet arrive. Its been almost a month. I have no news since Oct 3 said its on its way but until now the nothing. No update of where the hell is my order now. What ashame. Unprofessional.
