No reaction on emails to different email accounts! Status of delivery is not okay. Production of a label does not mean the poduct is actualy on its way. I wonder if it is going to arrive at all!

I was a bit sceptical due to the mixed reviews on here, hence my review. All went very smoothly, from order to payment to delivery. Packaging could have been a tad sturdier, but otherwise all was in good order.
I have ordered on Friday morning and recieved my item on Saturday morning. After ordering, I have read this reviews, so I thought the item either won't arrived or it will arrive damage. To my surprise, I have got emails informing me if the dispatch, the tracking number, customer service contact and also the return label!!
