Extremely bad service. Do not order if you don't live in Portugal
Accidentally ordered the wrong product. Apparently, to get a refund, I have to pay for shipping costs (from Netherlands to Portugal) myself. This is around 27 euro.
Customer Service couldn't help me with a cheaper label and nowhere on the site does it mention that they send from abroad.
Emailed them for help but they couldn't care less to help me. Even a potential future order (and orders) aren't important to them as it seems.
They lost a customer. Absolutely horrible customer support.

I have been buying and eating this bread since about 6 months ago. It helps me a lot in my keto diet, I have lost 12 Kg just in 3 months. The bread is also delicious and have so low carbs which suitable for those with keto or low carb diet.

Awful service
It’s been 10 days since I placed my order and I still haven’t received my protein. Their support is useless — they only reply when they feel like it. I asked why a discount code didn’t work, and they replied two days after it expired just to say “it expired.” Another 10% sitewide code didn’t work either — no response at all.
These promo codes they keep spamming by email are a complete scam. Just marketing lies.
Awful service. I’m done with this company. Don’t waste your time — avoid Zumub.
