Reasonable prices and fast delivery

I ordered on 13th August, the first order was damaged and returned to Zumub, customer service said we had to wait until the courier had sent it back to send out a replacement order or they could refund us. I eventually received a replacement order 1 month later that was also damaged. A tub of peanut butter had exploded all over the box damaging everything else inside. I took pictures and threw the order in the bin. Zumub will not refund me but offered me a credit for one tub of peanut butter.
The tone of their customer service shocking. I am now out of pocket for nearly 100 euros! I do not recommend their service, it's an absolute disgrace.

The produts are realy good and the delivery are fast

Very reliable site, quality products at a fair price. Fast shipping. Efficient tracking. The packaging could have been a little more careful, however: my protein bars were thrown loose in a box that was too thin to withstand the weight of my protein jar... I was lucky to get everything back!

Website states free delivery within 24h if you spend more than €50, I placed my order last week Thursday at 10am (order total €52), and only expected to receive my order between Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Very disappointed.

Another note with my experience, their coupons are false, as I’m a new customer I received the coupon via email “New”, giving me a €10 discount, upon check-out it would constantly change my coupon to “Ready” a €5 discount, no matter how many times I would try to change it.

It’s good but I would change the packaging, I think zip isn’t good for 2 kg, because it can be rotten.
I would make it bigger.
