The customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. Only way to contact them is via an email address. Takes weeks to respond to emails and resolving issues seems almost impossible. I have been waiting for my product delivery for near 2 months now.
I was looking for a way to show off all our family photos over the years and a friend recommended zumyn to me. The site was incredibly easy to use and unlike some other sites I'd seen in the past, allowed me to see my mosaic before ordering and make adjustments until I was happy. The print quality of the final product was very high and we all absolutely love it. Looking forward to building our next one now!
Used Zumyn one time and had a very good experience, then I used them again on another project and had a terrible experince. When you upload photos you don't have any control on the placement of the photos within the mosaic so when you go to purchase the mosaic you are asked to approve the mosaic and then you are given the choice to select an option for them to make the photos and placement better. I made this selection, but was sent a mosaic that I feel was not reviewed before being sent to me at the price of almost $300. when I contacted them to say I was not happy with it their reply was you approved it and then offer to reprint it again at 50% of the origianl price. I felt cheated. My instruction when I selected the option was for them to enhance the mosaic to remove or move photos around to better enhance the end product. However, they did not do this and they did not seem to appreciate the fact that I had spent between the two project around $600 and did not try very hard to keep my business. So if you want to be totally screwed then I say use them. You will not know for sure what you will receive. Unhappy customer!!
Download your photos to make a mosaic. End product can be purchased in various sizes, paper, canvas, framed etc. Very easy to do and staff amazingly helpful, answering questions and offering advice etc. Family and friends can input photos too. Great fun to do and end product fabulous! We did for father's day but a perfect personal gift for any occassion. Give it a go, you'll love it! :-)
