I am extremely dissatisfied with your platform and support.
My withdrawal has been on hold for more than 1 week, and despite sending multiple emails, I have not received a proper resolution or clear update. This kind of delay in processing withdrawals is completely unacceptable.
Additionally, I have experienced serious issues with your trading system, including orders getting executed automatically and very high trading fees. This raises concerns about the reliability and transparency of your platform.
Overall, the service has been very poor, and this experience has significantly reduced my trust.
I request you to:
1. Process my withdrawal immediately
2. Provide a clear explanation for the delay
3. Improve your system stability and customer support
If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will be forced to escalate this matter further.
