This company is a scam; I paid them for the flight and never got my reservation. Stay away from them and report as much as you can. On top of that, their customer service does not exist; it is a lie and very dangerous behavior
Stay away from Zupper!
Tried to book a simple national flight inside Brazil with them as their price was lower than the price advertised by the airline.
The first try didn't go well and in 20 minutes they sent us that they can't bill the card. The price for the specific flight then more than doubled!
The second try also failed but this time it took them over 7 hours to send an email saying they have problem with confirming the payment. The price for the specific flight rose dozens of %.
They customer service doesn't respond to emails or other forms of communication. To be left hanging in the air and then get the order canceled isn't a fun experience. Their payment methods are quite limited as well.
I don't recommend using their service and I've seen quite some angry people on their Facebook page.
