Claimed items delivered, have asked several times for company information (in order to check security tapes) so can ascertain if someone else signed as claimed or if they just never delivered which seems to be the way they operate. Unable to get anything but meaningless babble so will be reporting to the Consumer division of the attorney general's office which I recommend everyone do. They are actually accusing my neighbors of signing for and keeping the package. Not okay

I ordered six orders from a company called tuyloo.com back in February spent almost $500 bucks and received 6 small boxes with 6 little adjustable rings like for kids very worthless. With the tracking numbers given for my orders a month ago Very disappointing that these worthless rings are what they sent out and are what I have been waiting for

This is the biggest scam ever!

I ordered 4 sweaters in December. They were reported as delivered by USPS but I never got them. I figured it was porch pirates. My credit card company refunded me the money.

I tried again and this time, I received a fake diamond ring from a guy in North Hollywood, CA named Tevin James.

USPS again said the package was delivered, but this time they put it in the mail box. This was not a sweater and not worth $40. I saw other people on that site said they were also scammed, also received cheap crap that they didn't order!

Their email and web links all go no where, basically a 404 page. Don't fall for it!

Thieves!!!! Scammed by this fraudulant company, does not exist, never got my order!!!

I ordered 9 items: I too received a diamond ring got in touch with them concerning my items my order still has not arrived the email address is non existent I am extremely disappointed as they were Christmas gifts I am a pensioner so this is an expense I can not afford. It is a scam

I ordered some stuff and they told me to wait 10 days more than de month that has delayed and now the online store is closed!!

I never got my order from 12/4/2022 and I never got a refund they need to be turned into the bbb. I ordered Christmas gifts so I felt terrible that I never got my order. I think I should get my money back at least. I am on a fixed income so I could not replace the gifts. Never order from them and always check out these companies before you order. Lesson learned.

never received my two orders
I did one order, and after while did another order with 5 items, and expected to receive them by Christmas time as gifts for my daughters. But I did receive nothing, and when I checked tracking, I found that both orders were successfully delivered. It is scam. I spent my money for nothing. When I tried to contact seller, my messages weren't delivered. I only got a worthless ring that i didn't ordered.

I spent over 30 pounds over a month ago for two items/dresses and nothing. It is unacceptable. Truly. It feels so bad to be the victim of such a scam!

My order was 130$, it was ordered mid Dec.22. One week ago I have received fake ring. It is definitely a scam and I am mad because I have not check for this company/ site before I order it. But it is sad that no investigation unit for internet scams are not doing anything with this. First time in long time I feel stupid...but I guess this is good lesson for me.

In fact I’d give NO star, they are a big scam. I bought something because I was receiving emails upon emails from them that they insisted they are legit and will send me the stuff within a week.
Nevertheless I was dumb enough to order, although it was not a big order. I transferred money and guess what ?
It’s been more than 2 month I received NOTHING at all.
What kind of cheaters and scans are these people.
The guy who sent emails and emails is missing. And all my emails are returned and the address is apparently A FAKE one.
They cheated and they are a fraud. Even though they sent me a tracking number and apparently USPS is going t deliver my package but I didn’t get anything.
I so mad at them.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. I ordered 6 dresses for £70 in November 22. They ever responded to any of my emails as I still haven’t received my dresses. Today (18/1/23), a fake diamond ring arrived from them which I DEFINITELY didn’t order or want.

I order 1 month still waiting for to reacved they send me in e.mail but I did not reacved any thing I pay €60.00 euro I want my refund back ......

I've had the same horrible experience as everyone else here. Ordered dresses,i saw the ad on Facebook. A ring arrived nearly 6 weeks later. I've sent email after email and now I'm blocked. Scam and fraud at its worst. These people are a disgrace.

Order was never delivered. When I try to contact customer support- it is not a working address.

My order #3418 (Tracking Number： REDC8788797300) has shipment status "delivered" even though I haven't received any shipment. I have not received a response to my query on this matter.
