I ordered and paid some gloves in November 2022.
In a week I received a tracking number about week later it said that my order had been delivered and ready for pick up, but did not say where from.
Contacted customer service, they replied that I had been given a wrong tracking number and that I would receive a new number in couple days. Never received another mail and so I asked for a refund, which never came either, now it has been over 30 days since their last contact!

Stay away from this website!!!!
Stay away from this website!!!!! It is a scam!! I bought a weighted spider for my daughter and the ‘company’ acknowledged the parcel was ‘lost’ in transit. ‘Sarah’ acknowledged this via email. Told me to be ‘patient’. I’ve had no further communication from them and no refund has been processed despite repeated requests and a daily email. Scam artists!
