Payment completed, but no phone
I made a payment of 10.5 USDT via Binance on the TRON (TRC20) network to purchase virtual phone numbers from ZuteSIP.
The transaction was successfully confirmed on the blockchain, but I never received the phone numbers I paid for.
The payment instructions required an exact amount of 10.0000 USDT for automatic processing. I accidentally sent 10.5 USDT, which may have prevented automatic payment recognition.
However, the website is now inaccessible and displays the error "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN". I have been unable to access my account or resolve the issue through the platform.
I am requesting that ZuteSIP manually verify my payment and either deliver the numbers I purchased or issue a refund.
I will update this review if the issue is resolved. For now, I advise potential customers to exercise caution and verify the service's reliability before making a payment.
