Nice pieces of jewellery but the plastic packaging they arrived in was a little fiddly to open.

Delivered quickly and packed well. Disappointed as the earrings were advertised as 12mm gold huggie but they are smaller than the 12mm ones I am wearing. I won’t be able to wear them. Apart from that they are a nice little pair of earrings.

I don’t recommend this company at all. I paid over £70 for a white gold Tish Lyon laser marked hoop and received a flimsy silver metal hoop, no hallmark, no laser mark, nothing, also had a black tarnish mark along the inside. Absolutely fuming, within minutes I repackaged and returned using the address they printed on the label, it’s marked return to - zuzu and then a P.O. Box, so that’s what I did, I returned to the address they provided for Royal Mail returns and customer returns and I paid. Over a week later no refund. Apparently the address they send out is incorrect. Worth noting that I sent the item signed for, requiring a signature as proof yet the return address is a P.O. Box.

So basically the company have taken my money, sent a cheap hoop, with a false return address and said tough luck chase it up yourself.

I live in a different part of the country four hours away but I’m left trying to figure out where the parcel is when it’s been sent to their area in Poole.

I will be reporting the company under trading standards as it all appears suspicious.

I suggest you purchase from a well know company to avoid issues and losing your hard earned money.
