ZVA is a Scam company

ZVA is a Scam company. Don't buy from them.
I ordered clothes with the size Medium. 18 days later the parcel arrived with the size Extra Large (XL). The same day I wrote to them to activate a return. They got back to me saying they could change the garment if I payed Euro 7. Next email they offered a discount of the prize of 20%. Next email they asked for pictures of the unopened packages. The last email told me to return the goods to China on my expense and once that is done they would commence their procedures, which I of course don't believe for a minute.

Also their return policy mentions that it is easy to return to them, which is a total lie.
