Very disappointing delivery experience.
This order was delivered to the wrong location and left unattended on the street, while our house is located 200 meters further away. Someone was home at the time of delivery. The transporter was explicitly asked to place the order at the correct address, but this was refused and even laughed off. The driver suggested that we should move the order ourselves using our own car.
As a result, the order is currently left unattended on the street, meaning anyone can take it.
Please urgently contact the supplier to ensure the order is delivered to the correct location.
We would like to clearly state that we have not received this order and therefore cannot be held responsible in case of theft.

The product was ordered incorrectly due to my mistake. To get a refund, I had to wait 8 weeks instead of 14 days as in your statement with possible customers.
