Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Didn’t even make it through 600mb of my 3GB data plan before the service shut down completely, leaving me stranded without data in a foreign city.

Hi Daim,

Sorry for the disruption. On October 8, a technical issue on our network partner’s side interrupted data service between about 14:30 and 17:00 (UTC). It has now been resolved.

Network outages are outside our control, but as mentioned, you’re welcome to request a refund. The offer still stands. On the website, you can do this from your account page. In the app, open the eSIM plan and request it from there.

EDIT: We have manually processed the refund now at 22:30 (UTC).
