DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY

I have copied and modified the txt from another customer below as my experience is exactly the same.
Takes your money but delivers nothing
Ordered two bottles of Zymurgorium violet gin in December 2025, given an order number at the time of ordering, but no gin ever received by myself. The current status of my order remains “ Not yet dispatched”. Tried to message and ring them, but no reply with either. Have had to contact my bank and retrieved my money. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. Would give no stars if possible.
I placed my order with Amazon and received 2 days later.

Ordered three bottles of Zymurgorium gin on 16th March 2026, given an order number at the time of ordering, but no gin ever received by myself. Tried to message and ring them, but no reply with either. Have had to contact my bank to help retrieve my money. Please avoid this company. Would give no stars if possible.

Scam!

I sent £40 for 2 bottles of marmalade gin in December and had still no gin or reply in March! Got money back from my bank. AVOID!!

I have never had any issues untill recently

I have never had any issues untill recently, no order delivered or confirmation email (even though they took my money) and completly uncontactable. This makes me very sad and annoyed as I love their gins but it doesnt appear that they have any customer service anymore or are processing smaller orders. Other companies seem to still have their products in stock though, if they are no longer providing to individuals then why is the website still taking orders? Such a shame for what was once a company producing some gorgeous products.

I’ve never had an issue with this…

I’ve never had an issue with this company previously always the best price for the unicorn gin and brilliant quick deliveries . However placed my usual order in January and never rec’d the order , tried all platforms to contact customer service , no response . Managed to get money back through my credit card company . Obviously gone under . What a shame

Avoid This Company at All Costs

Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with any company. My order never arrived, and every attempt to get an update was ignored. No communication, no explanation, nothing.

I eventually had to involve my bank because Zymurgorium simply wouldn’t respond. Only after a dispute was opened did a refund suddenly appear. That says everything.

If a business can’t deliver orders or even reply to customers, they shouldn’t be taking people’s money in the first place.

Complete scam!! Beware!!

Made a purchase on the 8th and got absolutely no confirmation email or anything about delivery. Tried to contact them but everything turned out blank. Basically took my money and ran!

No customer service!

Placed an order on 8th Jan 2026, it is now the 17th January 2026. I have had no confirmation of yhe order and have messaged, emailed and telephoned with no response. They are quick to take your payment, and now I have no idea of how to get my money back. My recommendation would be, don't bother with this company. I feel completely ripped off!

Beautiful gin liqueurs

I've ordered gin liqueurs from here 4 or five times now as gifts. First time ordering was initially worried because they don't send confirmation emails or anything to indicate the order has been received or processed so for any first time purchasers, this is a big point of concern because trust is important. I don't panic when ordering now that I know what to expect (or not expect).

So far that is the only negative and the reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 which is a shame because the gins are worth the 5 stars. Usually purchase a few for birthdays or on the lead up to Christmas and really hope they never stop making them because they're my sons favourites, especially the marshmallow flavoured one. Some are really pretty too with the shimmery appearance.

Ordered on Monday and they were delivered today, Thursday so shipping is fairly speedy. Was notified of tracking via DHL email on the day of delivery which is fine for me because I work from home.

Very reasonably priced and bottles are really well packaged in their own protective bubble sleeve. All in all I'd highly recommend purchasing from here, just don't expect an influx of emails because you get none from them. You can create an account though and check on your order, not that that gets updated either - all of my orders are apparently still waiting to be dispatched. 😂

What can I say, just perfect

What can I say! Gorgeous gin liqueur which I found online during lockdown, sweet violet is my favourite but all out of this world. Finally ordered direct from zymurgorium after humming and ha-ing about it for months and what a service! Ordered 8 bottles online 20th Dec 8.40am, picked by 9.20am, in DHLs hands at 10.05 am and delivered 8.30am 21st Dec, in the Christmas postal rush. Beautifully packaged in amazing packaging which was perfect. A massive thank you for making my Christmas, top class service.

Great Gin - Zero Customer service

Really enjoyed trying these guys Gins. Sadly after placing an order where only half of it turned up what should of been such a simple fix then turned into just ignoring dozens of emails and calls. Reading online sounds like I'm not the only one.
