9 Trillion Chips Stolen - Support Case 20348211 - Major Security Breach
I am a long-time Zynga Poker player and I recently lost 9 Trillion chips due to a clear security breach. Even though I received "Logged in from another location" warnings from the system, Zynga Support (Case 20348211) refuses to acknowledge the unauthorized access. They claim it was "normal gameplay" at 04:20 AM, a time when I was offline and asleep. This is a total lack of account protection and poor customer service. I expect Zynga to investigate the IP discrepancies and restore my balance. Beware of the lack of security in this game!

If you are winning and taking chips from the paying customers, the table monitors will use algorithms or send shills to the table, and make sure you loose by the river with 2 percent suck out. Mostly with double gunshot straits, or turn king 2 with a 2 on the flop, into kings full on the river (2%), against pocket aces. The only thing that keeps good players coming back is if you have enough chips that you can afford to take bad beats all the time. I only keep playing because I have 1.3 trillion chips, and I get enough bonuses to cover the bad beats.
As long as it calls a fair play I have to put up with it, sometimes after a view they lay off me for a while, but not long. I have only been banned several times.

They can deny it all they want, the game is rigged. I occasionally get a bit addicted to these games so when I lose, I'm guilty of paying real money for game chips. Yet whenever I do that, I lose them all in very quick succession. Bad playing perhaps? Possibly. More likely though that the algorithm intentionally makes me lose to supposedly "rare" hands that I've only ever had in real life once. Commonplace on this app though... Why you ask? To get me to buy more chips. Funny how when I've had enough of the game and decide to take a break for a while, it offers me large amounts of chips for free to come back and play. Then I seem to win over and over until I'm playing regularly again which is when I start losing again and start buying. I understand its a business but there should at least be some kind of regulations in place to stop these companies exploiting people. It is technically gambling after all because you're spending real money but best of all for them, you have no chance of winning it back. Its been like this since they first started this game and they've had no repercussions for it. It's essentially stealing.

The game is rigged cant win a hand but when l fold l would've won everyhand .l can tell you this if l paid any money for chips l would win alot more .just another scam to take your money,I'll never pay it again

With this new look and style, the developers wants more money from you to play on this ridiculous game.
I just had enough of those algorithms and bots and BS to push you to buy that damn premium and for what? Fake money, rigged hands and you will end up to swear all the time longer, I came here to find some entertainment not be disgustingly robbed.
I wish to write all the baddest words to explain my nauseous experience and this it’s the confirmation that AI shouldn’t be used on those games.
Stay safe, don’t spend a single penny on those games especially from the iphone company store, all money grabbing and useless boring games.

Picture this, 4 players on a table, AA, QQ, JJ, 23. Everyone is all in. Guess who wins….., what are the odds?. 23 with a full house, all in with 2 low pairs. The game is setup, rigged to lose. You will never win.

Fixed game bots

Game is rigged - spent over £100 on chips before realising, it is indeed rigged. Lobbies are full of bots, you very rarely get a winning hand - once these guys realise you've spent money, they'll absolutely destroy your odds of winning so you keep buying more chips.

Everything is wrong with this lousy company. Don't never ever play games where zynga is with. I have had enough from you and your rigged and cheating poker. Totally game for losers. Like you are Zynga.

I played 1000 hands in Zynga poker without paying for the chips and I recorded all hands and several stats on an Excel sheet. There can be no reasonable doubt that this site is rigged. Anybody who wants to see the stat-sheet can contact me on schmidtrainer (a) hotmail.com.
The most compelling evidence: The probability to hit exactly one pair on the flop, excluding pocket pair, two pairs, trips, full house and quads, is about 29%. After playing some 300 to 400 hands, the probability that I hit a pair on the flop was getting close to 12.5%. This percentage did not change significantly up to the hand 1000, but only oscillated slightly around 12.5%. The probability that this happened by coincidence is technically not zero, but can be practically considered to be zero.
Furthermore, I was dealt a significantly lower amount of pocket pair than expected. The expected value is 5.9%, I got dealt 3.1% pocket pairs.
The distribution of aces, kings, queens and all other cards is even though. You get dealt approximately the same amount of Aces, Kings, Queens and so on down to the 2.
My clear suspicion is that I got disadvantaged by the game software, because I did not pay for my chips.
From a legal point of view this is probably ok, since I never entered into a legally binding service contract with them. If you pay for your chips you do, and then you probably won't get disadvantaged.

I absolutely love this game and spend a good amount of money I don’t expect a man asking me if I have big tits (breasts) I report this and they say it’s not in violation of there rule this is absolutely not acceptable on any platform

The game seems rigged — it’s like the developers control everything to make you lose (opponent players are server bots). You hardly ever win unless you spend real money to buy chips. It doesn’t feel fair at all.

There are also many bugs and problems in the app, and they never get fixed. Customer support doesn’t help either. This game used to be fun and exciting, but now it’s just frustrating and greedy. It feels like they only care about money, not the players. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this game to anyone.

Totally improbable flops,turn and river cards, giving unrealistic hand combinations.
Too many times have been beaten with a full house, only for another person to have a better hand.

I am a good poker player and when I play against normal people I do very well,I've tried this site three times I spent a lot of money buying fake money and they will have a excuse for that as well by the way.
I've noticed that the AI algorithm is design to help you lose ,so you have to buy more chips you cannot beat it .

There's only select a few that actually work for the company that win all the time ,I'm on about you have incredible hands but you still don't win, and you've done everything at the right time you beted at the right time you know how to play this game.
why continuously do you have to buy chips, I'll tell you why it's a business they make you buy chips by making you lose ,does it remind you of something you're not buying money to make money you're buying imaginary money that is actually not there it's called a BANK.
Think about it people we are getting abused and manipulated these people are billionaires three hundred pound for load of fake money that is terrible ,the government won't do anything about it because they get tax on that so it always will continue as long as us good people continue to buy fake money.
I will never use ZYNGA POKER again as I am fed up of being abused and made to buy fake money with my real hard-earned money I discussed in his art they are in the same league as banks, lawyers, a state agents ,politicians.

Newbies are on different winning odds. If chips keep going to one player winning with rediculous odds and frequency just look at history. They will be new players! Every time. Makes the game so annoying as all the time you have to check new players on your table!! No not a good experience
