bad customer support , not recomanded for me west of money

I had a problem, but finally we were able to solve it, so I edit my previous comment.
I have been working with this platform for more than a year.
Both the website builder and the affiliate system work very well.

Cancelled my account by operating their "switch" on their website. They ignored it and renewed my account anyway. You actually can't cancel your account. I had to also cancel my credit card and wait for 2 weeks to get a new one. My bank said that was all it could do.
DO NOT DEAL WITHY THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE RUBBISH !!!!

I think Zyro people have provided me with easy to handle tools for building my websites- i feel grateful.

UPDATE UPDATE:
The website has gone downhill. Super buggy, and nothing gets fixed. Many of the bugs affect my website's appearance and ability to update. I am looking for another website editor and will be canceling my subscription soon.

UPDATE:
There isn't a lot of flexibility and an easy way to update your website or change the layout as you can with Squarespace for example. If you want to change your website you have to start over from scratch because the content doesn't transfer over and then reconnect the website. Big disappointment and too much of a hassle. Also, you can no longer see the website color palette. Everything is set to 0.

Super easy to use and helpful customer support. I moved my website from Carrd to Zyro. The Zyro editor was easy to use and my website was up and running within a day. I like the service templates too! My website now loads much faster.

Hostinger and its site builder affiliate Zyro is a one- stop-shop for folks who want to host and build webpages. Easy and intuitive, the block on block builder pages are clear and concise. The included stock photo section allows you to use thousands of photographs for free and build webpages in seconds. When writing text it's best to use one text block per paragraph to make it easier to position text above and below photographs. Otherwise you have big solid chunks of text you can't split with buttons or photos.

Zyro is a pretty practical website. It's really simple to use and has almost everything you need. They update the service always and have 24/7 online support.

Really very worst service .. yesterday I took one domain ..when I see now it's not there ...I don't know why you people put offer of don't hold it as promised ......

I Bought 5 domains yesterday in an offer and soon as the offer ends after 24 hours, my domain was extracted from me and made available again on the website and they did even not return my hard earned money. They are cheaters don't ever buy any domain from them, if you don't want to be cheated. I've my payment history with you. I want be domains back.

A pity because it seems to be very user friendly and practical at first glance however, unfortunately it is impossible to use this builder to develop a serious site.

Published & preview views don't match the edited view so impossible to present your site in any consistent and desirable way. Content is automatically modified without prior warning (font size & format distorted, gaps between lines widened or shortened, gaps in the middle of sentences etc.. ).
So much time is spent correcting these dysfunctions only for it to repeat itself again and again...

SEO is simply absent and support consists of messages ( wait a day to receive a response often ) full of smiley & cheery emojis but completely lacking in competency to solve the real problems at hand (similar to the responses doled out to unhappy customers on this site). Empty drivel designed to placate the customer and take their money for a dismal service.

The result is a lot of wasted time and energy designing an unoperational, unpresentable and unfindable website.

Save your money and sanity and shop elsewhere...

There's no words can describe how great Zyro is. Very much enjoy using it

I am not the smartest guy when it comes to making a website, but Zyro made it easy to build the kind of website I need as an author. Choosing a setup, then adding in text & pictures, changing things and making it all work the way I envisioned it was a LOT easier on Zyro then it was on the last two website building tools I used. I recommended them--check them out and see for yourself.

Everything was clearly illustrated and well explained on the guided tour.

The cost is what drew me first to using Zyro.com. Once I got building the website, it was easy enough, lots of clicking and dragging. I like that you can see what it looks like on a phone from the desktop. Pretty simple set up. I don't sell through the website but have links to amazon and places like that. Its been working well as a landing spot to send clients.

So far so great, for the money you cannot beat the value of Zyro. I am not a web expert by any means, but this platform gives me the tools and support needed to create an online presence for my new business.

It is really easy to navigate for beginners and for more advanced people that have a specific vision in mind it is also really good. I helps you out with whatever you need.

Zyro has an amazing team that is always ready to assist and answer all your questions. Truly happy with my experience thus far. Thank you, ALL!

My site didn't work on other provider for weeks. In one day i could set up the site and the site is online. Fantastic experience with Zyro so far.
