I contacted them for replacement Evoc backpack buckles. I had an immediate response and received it the next day. They had misread my request and only sent one set instead of two. Again they responded immediately and sent them for next day delivery.
They couldn't have been more helpful and the service was fantastic. I am delighted that my backpack has a new lease of life!
I had a broken buckle on my Evoc backpack. Evoc replied immendiately and asked me to get in touch with their UK distributor, Zyrofisher. They sent me a replacement buckle immendiately and the backpack is as good a new now. I have had the backpack for many years and with this quick, simple fix, will have it for many more to come. Great and speedy service.
Despite numerous email communications with Zyrofisher I have received no response to my warranty claim over a defective UNIOR tool. Highly unprofessional. I will avoid products distributed by this company as well as tools made by the company UNIOR.
unfortunately 1 star as the only contact I made was for help with a product they distribute from Bryton, to date I have had no feedback or communication despite multiple emails
I ordered a Camelbak Chute replacement lid, when it arrived , it did not fit my Camelbak Chute bottle. When I enquired about returning it I discovered that I would have to pay £3.99 postage to return it. As the product did not fit the bottle as described, I feel that a postage paid label should have been supplied.
