Slow process, many emails... One option was not possible, but we only got that answer after several repeated requests. Final product looks good.

Thank you for your review of LaserTryk on Trustpilot. I have looked into what happened in your case. You requested a quote for some cards on 24th of November. You did not specify which paper we should print on. Our customer service sent you various quotes for various types of paper in less than 24 hours. You did not answer our e-mail with the quotes before 5th of December. This was the main reason for the delay. However, you also had further questions about, e.g., envelopes.
You indicated that, by now, the order needed to be produced express. We accommodated you fully by printing express without the normal extra surcharge. On this basis, we believe that we have given you the best possible treatment. We are of course not happy that you are not content with the general time frame but you were also responsible for the delays because you did not answer our quotation mail immediately. It took you almost 10 days to reply.
