Hopeless service, terrible communication. No info on progress of purchSe chain information
Purchased a harness from PetPend on the 18th October. Have written 4 emails to follow up. Standard automated email saying they will look into it. No response. I am frustrated that I cannot talk to anyone about my purchase or even where it is in the supply chain. Hopeless organisation.
Have taken other posters advice and lodged a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading
