Communication was good to start with, returned calls and initial meeting was most promising. Paperwork and loan submission was all good.
As time went on and process dragged out longer than I initially was told it would with it became harder and herder to make contact.
Would not answer calls and took way to long to return calls or msgs. Was unavailable for large parts of the day with no contact at all. Many days went past when nothing happened or no contact. especially when I informed her that I was on a very tight deadline to begin with. This was most dissappointing.
