We got the product at a lower price because it was lower elsewhere which is good. Unfortunately the item itself isn’t optimally functioning but it took so much time and effort to put it together that it would be so difficult for us (new parents) to de-mount it and pack it and send it back. I tried communicating and asking about the issues hoping there’s a solution and also shared my frustration but no one responded to me. That I find disappointing.
