Poor customers service

I previously had great experiences with Flinders but now they are dropping the ball. A payment went apparently wrong on my last order (paid but doesn't appear on their books). There customer hotline has an automated message stating they are understaffed. The only way to reach them is email and with each email it takes about three weeks to get a reply. Totally unacceptable.
