The item is lovely but delivery took longer than expected. I received a response upon chasing the delivery and someone at Dibor informed me that the parcel was sitting at the local EVRI depot but hadn’t moved along so would check it to see why. However I heard nothing further from Dibor despite me emailing again after a few days requesting an update. The item was delivered a week on just left on the doorstep during the evening without notification and brought in when my son arrived home.
