My experience with boots gets worse. I got sent the wrong order-my order was £80 and i was sent a £20 toothbrush. My order was Christmas presents and they're telling me that there has to be a 14 day investigation - Christmas is in 14 days and as i bought my items on black Friday i can't just go and re buy them as the price is different and its a lot of money to loose at Christmas time. All i keep getting told is 'sorry for the inconvenience' I just want my order i'm £80 down with no items 2 weeks away from Christmas. We can't just be going to spend another £100+ because someone at boots can't read which items go to which address. I was also told i can't escalate this issue so Boots have literally took my money and that's that? Boots make mistakes and never try to rectify it, they want the consumer to do all the leg work.
