My experience with boots gets worse

My experience with boots gets worse. I got sent the wrong order-my order was £80 and i was sent a £20 toothbrush. My order was Christmas presents and they're telling me that there has to be a 14 day investigation - Christmas is in 14 days and as i bought my items on black Friday i can't just go and re buy them as the price is different and its a lot of money to loose at Christmas time. All i keep getting told is 'sorry for the inconvenience' I just want my order i'm £80 down with no items 2 weeks away from Christmas. We can't just be going to spend another £100+ because someone at boots can't read which items go to which address. I was also told i can't escalate this issue so Boots have literally took my money and that's that? Boots make mistakes and never try to rectify it, they want the consumer to do all the leg work.

Not a good experience

Not a good experience. We had received a free voucher from the bounty club to have a photo shoot which includes one free photo. When it came to viewing them the prices were extortionate we were quoted £800 for a usb with all our baby pictures and that didn’t come with the printing license ! The cheapest offer we could get is 4 small prints for £200. We waited a while to receive them and when we have received them they all have some sort of grey sticker in the corner which stands out like a sore thumb. If i knew they would be on the picture we wouldn’t of got them !

Product - fine, returns- not so good

I returned some aftershave which I duplicated (aftershave was perfect) on the website it says it is free post for returns, when i got to the post office i got told it was not free! Good job i had money on me . Would of been very embarassing if i didnt!!

Shopping at very is great, there so much to choose from and it's quick and simple. No messing around with the delivery and collect plus is great. I would 100% say have a go on very.
