I have been fitting Grundfos pump for…

I have been fitting Grundfos pump for many years. Based on their reputation as market leading pumps.
Since the introduction of GRUNDFOS UPS3 15-50/65 we have had replace at least 5 faulty pumps in the last year. These pump were either under 1 Year Old or 2 max. These have been replaced at the expense of my business both in time and replacement pumps.
At this point the penny has dropped that these have design fault and will have no choice but to find alternative manufacturer. I hope Grundfos are a company that realises that they have problem and need to make changes or their reputation will really suffer.

I wish I had a choice in who emptied my bins

I put out my general waste bin. With general waste in it. It wasn't full. The lid was closed. In my opinion it wasn't that heavy. They didn't, empty it. No indecasion to why. When I emailed apparently it was to heavy. If that is the case. Please put a label on it. So we know.

Unhelpful / Not ethical

I discovered that a Wifiinty payment was being taken from my account.
A payment I did not authorise. A company I have never heard of. A service I did not receive.
I spoke to someone on the telephone. Whom was friendly and assured me if I can prove the payments by sending in my bank statements I would receive a full refund.
I did this and also spoke to my bank that also advised the responsibility for a refund. After providing all my statements the company then refused my refund.

Company impossible to contact
I posted a parcel have a receipt and they say in they're tracking service they haven't received it.
The company has no contact number you can speak to a human.
No complaints department
No Customer services

I am disappointed in Churchill to say…

I am disappointed in Churchill to say the least. I had someone collide with my stationary car. 2 witnesses and a video. Both witnesses went out of they're way to help. Yet time and time after being supplied the information Churchill systems seem to lose it. I now have increased insurance on 2 vans and my car at partially due to Churchill ineffectiveness. In addition after making many calls on the matter and regularly being promised call backs as the person I spoke was unable to help. Very rarely dod anyone ever call me back.

This is my first trust pilot review

This is my first trust pilot review, despite lot of contact with large company, and the frustrations that come with communicating and dealing with them.
Nothing compares with Enact have I have been trying to re-mortgage since September.
Unfortunately as it was through Halifax I was informed that I would have to use Enact for conveyancing. There are beyond terrible in the time every takes, poor communication, and their total ineptitude. I hope Halifax are made aware of just how terrible their service so they move there business to a better company.

OK unless you make a claim

My van was damaged whilst parked.
Lucky for me the driver stopped and we exchanged insurance information.
All was OK until a decided to use my local insurance
registered body shop for the repairs and sign writing as they did the original sign writing. I was told because of this.I would need pay my access and that it would be refunded when my claim was settled. I am now being told that I am required to chase the 3rd parties insurance and are likely to need the help of a solicitor to make a successful claim. If I hadn't of chased AXA they would of made no attempt to reclaim my access. The total effort of there help is when asked by me is to send an email to the 3rd parties insurance requesting it's refunded to me. No More than that.

As a business owner I have several accounts with AXA after this I will not be using them again.
