Purchased an assortment of Italian wines and foodstuffs from Giordano and as a long standing customer was again very happy with the end result. The box arrived within the advised period dates, very well packaged and the products as usual were of the highest standard. Communication was good throughout and tracking made available to follow progress(Yodel). Overall very happy with the shopping experience and would again recommend Giordano as a first rate supplier.

I am a first time purchaser of Pavers shoes and was pleasantly surprised at the range and different styles of shoes. I found a pair of summer sandals which fitted my feet perfectly, and they had the velcro straps over the toes and upper foot enabling me to make them fit even better. They look very classy and came in a few different colours. Will shop there again .

Decided to change company for next year and found the TUI system easy to use online. Smooth booking procedure and very happy with the process. Feel that the payment options need to be more clearly defined earlier on the website and given the current economic situation consideration be given to flexible payment structure as with other suppliers. Overall pleased with the experience.

This was our second order for AO products in the last month. This time it was the delivery of a fridge arrived on time with first rate communication keeping us up to date. The two chaps delivering were polite, respectful of the property and used shoe coverings due to the awful weather. Both delivery and removal were very good and we were very happy with the service provided.

Never had a Beko product before but purchased this washing machine due to the fact my previous machine, less than two years old started leaking. The machine I chose was the price I wanted to pay and got some good reviews. So far after three weeks of use I am impressed. It is simple to use and comes with an easy to follow booklet. Programmes are just enough for me (only 2 persons in house) and you can have long washes or shorter to suit. The spinning adjusts well and the dispenser is good and easy to take out and clean. Drainage not done yet but looks easy to get at. The dial indicator is grey and could probably benefit from a highlighting colour to choose the programme as I do it by feel and watching the display panel. Overall very pleased.

Excellent time keeping a smooth change over of washing machines. Courteous service from Jack & Alex they were very tidy. Overall very impressive from start to finish.

As a long term regular customer we were very disappointed with our latest delivery although everything arrived in plenty of time the internal packing of various items was at best extremely poor. At least four individual bags of seeds were not stuck properly at the seams allowings the seeds of all mixtures to empty into the main box which was not sealed well,which resulted in a total mess taking ages to clear up from the box and floor. This was not a delivery issue but a manufacturing and H&B fault with both not checking the quality of the packaging prior to dispatch. Overall very disappointed judged on this delivery the quality standards and lack of adhesion on the bags used are leading to a sharp decline in customer satisfaction.

Good quality product arrived well packaged and has been taken into use! They appear to drink well and I did not hesitate to purchase an order again, which I have now done. Good company from which I have purchased wine and foods from over a number of years and have always been totally satisfied. Well done.

Booked a holiday in Sorrento Italy the hotel was switched at the last moment owing to the original hotel deciding to shut early. Overall happy with the trip. Jet2 staff at Stansted were friendly and helpful and both flights were ok. The rearranged hotel (Versuvio) was fine although the location was slightly remote with no immediate pavements and given the traffic, it was not so easy to walk down into Sorrento. Shuttle bus at hotel was very useful. Jet2 rep at resort hotel was good and informative. Staff at Napoli Airport were fine with clear directions to coaches on the way in. Going back out at Napoli no Jet2 staff were to be found on the ground floor to advise which way to go to check in but plenty were available when you finally got there. Would assist in the future to place one at that ground floor location. Standard of hotel was excellant. Well done another good holiday.

Cannot rate this provider and system highly enough. Good exchange rate, excellent communication, easy to set up. Transactions notified within minutes clear and concise. Would highly recommend. Well Done!

Ordered a suite of furniture for our lounge having previously purchased a similar type of suite for my conservatory from the same company. Found the transaction very easy and received sound advice on the telephone when asking for assistance as to what type of suite to purchase. Overall very happy with the quality of the product delivered and the level of communication from the company. They have an extensive range of furniture, an easy to use website and telephone service. Delivered product, unpackaged it and all packing removed a very good service. Selected this company after studying reports regarding motor insurance. Had used Dialdirect in the past and was happy to return. The website was easy to operate and the documents easy to obtain and print out. Communication was good and overall very happy with the experience.

This was the second suite ordered during the lockdown period the first for the conservatory which we were extremely pleased with and this one at a later period for the lounge area. Found the website easy to order from with sufficient information to form an opinion and in addition back up calls to the company were received with feedback which greatly assisted in the choice process. Ongoing whilst the product was being made the communication process was good. The quality of the product was also good it was well made the cane being substantial and the cushions and covering well finished off with good padding in the actual cushions. Good range to choose from. Overall very happy hence 5 stars.

Used this company for sometime ordered and delivery received was all ok other than the waiting time which was longer than usual. Delivery company and driver delivering were fine.
