Current batch of 15 bottles arrived quite quickly. Lots of wines we have previously had and enjoyed. However opening a bottle of Dicasso Rosso last week, not from this current set, I was horrified when it exploded and shot wine all over our kitchen as if it were a shaken up bottle of champagne! I have another bottle of the same which I intend to open in the garden. I dread to think of the problems we would have had if we'd had visitors in the dining room. I have written to Giordano and enclosed photos of the bottle and labels and am awaiting their response. In many years of buying wine from this firm I have never had a problem so I am hoping this is a one off.

Thanks to Tom who was extremely helpful I renewed my annual travel policy. The process seemed a bit long winded as everything remained the same as last year apart from an additional medication. However it was explained to me why this was necessary and having finally being given a horrendous quote because my wife and I are now slightly over 80, I really had no alternative but to accept it. This would seem to be the last time I will be renewing as travel abroad has finally been closed to me because of these premiums. If I were so unwell, I simply would not be travelling but any illness is clearly too big a risk for insurance companies or is a great way of them making money!

Easy bag drop at Leeds Bradford and nice flight to Vienna. Hotel Astoria was wonderful after it's recent refurbishment. Vienna now extremely crowded at this time of the year but that's because the atmosphere is just magical. Coming home was a bit daunting as Jet2 bag drop a long way into the airport so give yourself much more time than you expect!

One week holiday in Rome was wonderful. We stayed at the Navonna Palace Hotel situated near the Piazza Navona. Ferocious air conditioning which the staff regulated for us when asked. Breakfast was taken next door and set us up nicely for the day. Jet 2 flights were as expected and the only problem was a taxi and baggage handlers strikes on the day we came home! Neither actually affected us in any way so not quite sure how we avoided them! The whole week was hugely enjoyable and Jet 2 are to be commended for the package they provided. Many thanks!

At last, a car insurance for someone over 80 that isn't sky high expensive. My current insurer was asking for a £150 increase over last year. When I queried this they dropped it by a measly £30. Looking further online, I found Hastings were a £180 cheaper than my renewal quote making my premium less than current year. Yes I know I've not tested this new company with a claim and yes I have no idea whether their customer service is OK but at a £180 saving, I am prepared to give them a go! Don't let me down Hastings. You've been great so far!

When my car insurance shot up by £150 at this year's renewal and my existing provider gave me a measly £30 off when I queried it, I thought I'd give Go Compare a go! Easy to navigate and in the end saved me £180 from my original quote. What's not to like?

Annual Travel Insurance up for renewal so rang Insure and Go for a quote. It came in at a staggering amount for a couple age 81 with some health issues. Tried Paying Too Much but when I'd waded through all their conditions, they turned out even dearer! Back to Insure and Go and both people I spoke to, Morgan originally and Patrick were courteous, friendly, sympathetic and a pleasure to deal with. I suspect that this may be our last year of travel abroad as costs becoming ridiculous. Not only will the Insurance company not have my money in the future but neither will the Holiday companies. Bit short sighted but hey ho! We'll just make the most of this year.

Fabulous week in Vienna but remember the whole world seems to be going just before Christmas so everywhere incredibly busy. We had booked the Operas and shows much earlier in the year but finding a restaurant also needs a bit of research a day or two before to avoid disappointment. We stayed in the Austria Trend Europa Hotel just off the Kartnerstrasse which was extremely central. It is simply the drabbest entrance to any hotel anywhere in the world with such subdued lighting it looks closed! However once inside, the room was clean and comfortable apart from the double bed being against a wall which made getting in and out a hoot for us two 81 year olds! The package arranged by Jet 2 was excellent but with no transfers or breakfasts included. We have been many times before so that was no problem for us.
We have no hesitation in recommending Jet 2 for a seamless package at a fair price

Only after I'd paid did I realise there was a 10% off option! I wrote to you and you replied saying I must have missed the prompt before payment but you would honour it anyway. Thanks for that but actually nothing has happened. ( yet? )

Disc arrived sooner than expected but horrified that on playing, both sides stuck. My machine? No every other disc I have plays fine. Have I got a rotten pressing? At this price, I expect much better! I will be returning it with a strong letter but so far have not had time.

Trying to find a 3d Bluray is no longer an easy or cheap task but wanting Avatar Way of Water proved that HMV came up with the goods cheaper than anyone else. Having it delivered to my local store saved me any delivery charges too. It arrived within 3 days of ordering and I paid the price I had originally seen it at in store. Moral? Don't dither about when you see something you want but if you do, then catch up with HMV.com.

Can I add my name to the growing list of disgruntled customers of this company. We ordered a radiator and were told it would be delivered on a date in late May. Of course that date came and went and then the fun begins!
The "award winning website" puts you in touch with an "expert" robot that seems unable to understand any question.
I finally got a printed reply when I lied and said the wrong item had been delivered. They told me the item had not been dispatched to them and I said it was now too late and asked for a refund of £294.30. They said this would be passed to their refund department which was extremely busy! I have heard nothing further despite bombarding them with emails.
There is no telephone number to contact and their so called customer services are unable to deal with anything to do with refunds or even pass anything on.
Their address in in Doncaster but the refund address is unknown.
They seem to be hoping we will all just go away having taken our money.
How wrong they are but to anyone thinking of using them, don't!
Since posting this review, I miraculously got a generic email from the company saying my refund was being processed as quickly as possible! However I had previously contacted my bank who have charged back the full amount to my account.
They suggested I contacted Action Fraud in view if the number of similar cases reported and this I have done.
Refund from the Company? Not a sign of it! My advice remains the same. Avoid.....

As always, great wines,food and olive oils delivered with no fuss. Delivery charges always a bit hit and miss as have just ordered another case with no delivery charges at all. Now that's what I like so read the offers carefully!

Have had wines from this source for years and have never been disappointed with the product. Delivery can be a bit hit and miss and that includes the delivery charge (usually cheaper if you order on line) but on this occasion, a hit! If you want your wine in a hurry, tough but if you are prepared to wait, fine.

Originally wrong jeans sent but once I explained problem to ButtonFresh, correct ones arrived within 24 hours. Good fit, excellent quality and a remarkable price. No qualms about ordering from this company again.

Booking Fee. Transaction Fee. What about my fee for seemingly doing all the work to book tickets? It's about time all these add ons should be included in the ticket price and have done with it.

The fact that I have been a customer for longer than I care to remember says it all! Great wines at great prices and though delivery periods are a bit hit and miss, they always arrive eventually!

£5 for a pair of skinny Jeans? Yes but just remember you get what you pay for. The postage cost nearly as much so effectively £10 a pair. The Jeans themselves described as black, were grey to me but the fit was amazing. Very tight so anyone with other than pencil legs may suffer. The denim was thin but stretchy and getting them off in a hurry was impossible. Something to bear in mind in certain circumstances!. Speedily delivered with excellent communication from the company, who can complain at that price?

Love the wines but be prepared to wait some time for delivery. Never had a bad bottle and this firm is my go to whenever I need replenishing. Sometimes we order cases that include foodstuffs and that can be quite interesting. I wholeheartedly recommend this firm.

Pink Tee size L fits like a glove ( a tight one ) but looks better on your model than me.
Well made and speedy delivery. The problem is all me but when I get out of lockdown and back to an active life, have high hopes for this garment!
