Brilliant, handled the call well, explained that it appears the email I received about registering for a new Tastecard as mine was expiring was a global one and I shouldn't really have been sent it. My Tastecard app does not have a facility to register the long code within the email. My membership should automatically renew as a Nat West customer and a Tastecard user with the app. Very helpful lady, Scottish, i think her name was Shona but I maybe wrong sorry. But she was very helpful and lovely 👍
