Parcel arrived in good condition and in good time. I bought 6 dessert glasses for a gift to my friend.

Customer service was excellent and beautiful unique products. I ordered 2 items in January 2026, a trailing leaves wreath hanger and an extra large roses wreath. On delivery day one item was missing so I emailed Dibor customer services and received a reply the following day. I was assisted by the name of Macey and she assured me to replaced the missing item. Three days later I was so happy to received the beautiful extra large roses wreath nicely packed. I can’t wait to use the trailing leaves hanger with the roses wreath on it this Christmas. Thank you Dibor 👏👏👏

Purchased 2 items from Dibor.co.uk in January 2026. A trailing leaves hanger and extra large roses wreath. On delivery day the wreath was missing. I reached out Dibor customer service for help and I was assessed by the name of Macey the day after my email. Macey was so helpful and assured me for replacement. Three days later I received the beautiful wreath and well packed. I love both of my purchases. I highly recommend Dibor’s beautiful collection and to Macey’s excellent service. Well done to Dibor 👏👏👏

Ordered flowers on the 07/01/15 through Serenata Flowers to have it delivered the following day to a dear friend of mine who lost her husband a year ago on the 08/01/14. Very disappointed that a friend of mine received No flowers. I felt that the support I was trying to reach to a friend that day never happened and I am very very disappointed with Serenata Flowers. I notified SF on the 09/01/15 that no flowers received. The company replied to investigate with the courier. Several days later until today, 13/01/15 SF could not give me a clear explainations to why flowers where not received. I have ordered flowers online few times before with excellent service but until now with Serenata Flowers I lost my money and Most Important of all I lost to support my friend on that day she needed most. I can say Think Twice before using Serenata Flowers. Awful Service !!!!

Ordered flowers on the 07/01/15 to be delivered the following day to a dear friend who lost her husband a year ago on the 08/01/15. Very disappointed flowers never received. Contacted Serenata Flowers online and I get the reply with excuses from different person and all with no answers. Would Not Recommend Serenata Flowers for this reason. I lost my money for the very first time of using online flowers delivery and most of all I feel I lost the support that I tried to reach to my friend on that day.
