Cancelled our insurance without notice because of a blocked continuous payment as a result of bank freezing card as a result of an online fraud , having paid over 2000 pound in payments with two remaining payments , losing 2000 and the rest of five months policy. No notice written or email until day of cancellation , unwilling to help in anyway other than offer to sell us another insurance policy starting all over again , absolutely disgusting , I suggest potential customers search other forums before committing to MCE I did after this situation and wish I’d done it sooner

Our recent purchase needed to be returned due to incorrect sizing , money refunded without issue unfortunately the correct size although having showed up as available and paid for turned out to be out of stock , that money and postage cost was refunded straight away, a trustworthy company we would use again .
