Excellent products, well packaged and delivered safely. Tcl 75 inch Television was value for money, standard channels were not as sharp as I would have liked but all HD and Fire TV channels were excellent.

This is my 4th 0rder from Giordano. When I received my order confirmation I realised that they had used my old address despite having changed in on their website. I contacted customer service and advised the problem. I was told there were website issues but assured me that Yodel would be advised. Giordano failed to do that and the wine was still delivered to my old address. Fortunately I was able to collect it, but with out reassurance that my orders will be sent to my home address I will have to make alternative arrangements. Giordano wines are good and I use them as gifts for family and friends, but I do not need the hassle so Giordano get your act together.

Another tyre destroyed by the potholes on Stirlingshire roads. The RAC did their best too get me mobile again in the fastest time possible.

The first team discovered a fault. The 2nd team ( Chris) repaired and renewed some parts and we had a working system. When we had part fibre our speed was 65 mb now on full fibre it is 36 - 40. mbs So full fibre does not always represent the fastest option. You get what you pay for. Still early days but seems very stable and doing the job.

The engineer " Brian " who attended to help was knowledgeable and explained that the repair was temporary and the car should not be driven over 40 mph. He advised getting a permanent repair as soon as possible but at least I was mobile and the permanent repair was completed the next day.

Great delivery, arrived earlier than expected. Quality is always good but having to pay separate charges for delivery to N. I. is unfortunate and means every order will be price compared.
