Food was tampered with …

Took almost 2 hours for the deliver When food was finally delivered the bags were all ripped open. Food had obviously been tampered with and was ice cold. The driver was extremely rude just dumped the bags on the floor even though we were standing right there refused to respond to us and wouldn’t even make eye contact and then left. Food went straight in the bin. Wrote to Thuisbezorgd immediately after and two further times and zero response except an automated message to say they received my message

Still no response to my email!!!!

Refuses to give refund even though they failed to deliver my order

Update: To respond to your reply Jorgen has been useless and unhelpful thus far so that is not really a valid response to the issue. Ordered a framed picture from this company on the 15th of August and was promised delivery on the 20th. Followed up with them multiple times as product was not delivered and finally asked them to refund my money they refused and was told to wait until the 30th even though this was too late for what I needed it for. When the 30th came and still no sign of my package I reached out again and asked them to refund me the response was they need confirmation from a colleague about my refund concern. Not sure what is so difficult I bought something which you can’t deliver so refund my money. Two days on and still not word from them about my refund. My advice avoid this company like the plague.

Zero customer service

The worst delivery service by far. Just dump the packages and leave before the person can even collect, leaving orders open to theft and damage ect.
