I didn’t receive my wreath seemingly went missing and now out of stock
I did get my refund today . Hopefully just a blimp as I have ordered before with no problem. Just disappointed.

The only complaint I have is the parcel is just left at the door I have a buzzer on the wall outside very rarely it’s used I’m an upper villa so if the buzzer not used I don’t know the parcel us at the door , my neighbour has had to tell me if they happen to pass the door

Dreams kept me informed about my delivery time , phoned me on the morning of delivery then built the bed and put the mattress on for me .

I always buy Victorian candles for my sister birthday’s and Christmas she loves them and I do too.she likes the lighter fragrances where I prefer the stronger scents or we can mix a box to share . If you’ve not tried them I would recommend you do . Just lovely .

My parcel was delivered to no 2 instead of me no 4 I was here so don’t know why it went to wrong address

Delivered to wrong address this has happened before they delivered it to the residential home over the way from me a different address altogether then a staff member has to bring it to me not good

Usually very good service have had a few hic cups in the past but recently all been good

Never any bother with DPD delivery nice friendly guy usually same one always within your time slot much better than some delivery services I’ve used before

Never had a problem with DPD you get your delivery time usually by lunch time and always on time we have really nice guys who deliver very efficient and friendly be nice if DPD delivered all my parcels at least I would know I would get them on the day unlike some who are always delayed or time changes.

Never ever had a problem with delivery from Hermes until the last few months the most recent parcel was supposed to arrive last Friday time was changed on delivery,but ok that’s fine , then an e.mail to say no one in this was around 6.45pm and a card supposedly left through door . I was in all day I have a buzzer on my door and no card left . Nearly a week later still no sign of my parcel. Got in touch with marks and Spencer as parcel was from them . They said Hermes told them there was a significant event in my area and that’s why parcel not delivered so i got told one thing and marks another I think if there had been a significant event I would have heard about it . So now I’m waiting for a call from Hermes to explain where my parcel is I won’t hold my breath, NOT GOOD

Excellent from start to finish very helpful and efficient no complaints at all

These are lovely little storage cases
In blush pink with rose gold clips
Larger one is great size I use as a memory box (case) smaller case a good size too haven’t decided what’s going in it as yet I think they are worth the money solid good looking cases sit nicely in my bedroom.
