I had to change my delivery date so…

I had to change my delivery date so that I could be home. Twice I was told they could deliver on the new date, eventually we got it by the third try. This was time consuming on my part, arranging the new days, chasing up twice when it's not delivered. Left me very frustrated because I had to organise others to be in when I couldn't be.

I get the vitamin and mineral supplements I want but not the catalogue

I like and feel the benefits from taking the supplements, with the direct debit and standing order's I don't have to think about reordering. That's great.
However I keep asking for their full and proper catalogue rather than use their on line facilities, and all they send me is the sales catalogue. Not the same thing at all.
But maybe I don't make it clear enough.
The phone service is very good, I like dealing with them, very personable.
