Happy to take your money for an inferior quality product that looses steering after very little use an only 5 month old. Told warranty only 3 months. Laughable if the item is of inferior quality. Raj seems to be the one who has delt with the people in all the negative reviews. Will not use again. Am in contact credit card company to dispute the payment. Don't buy from AT models.
sell faulty product and when contacted send emails saying you need to proved prove faulty goods. product sent back with no refund issued. The most DIFFICULT company to deal with in the world. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Over a few weeks I was instructed to take the tractor apart and check the wiring and switches, I told your ever so not helpful tech team I was happy to fit the two new parts I suspected to be faulty to receive another email saying I had never proved I had checked what they had told me. I sent a video right at the start as requested showing the fault. The item was faulty as shown in the video. Maybe some customer service training may help with running your business. To this day I have had no call back from the tech team. Have bought a similar product from riiroo who's customer service has been great.
