Not a great experience

Delayed delivery. Item colour was not as good as photos on website. Returned item on 7 February and still no acknowledgement by 12 February.

Hardly worth the effort

Hardly worth the effort. On the first day, we did three loads of washing. No tumble dryer, so didn't use much electricity. Cooker and heating run on gas. Give us 25 hours of free gas and we will show you how much we can use.

Bad communication and very slow!

Glasses are great and reasonably priced. There's a discount if you buy more than one pair at a time. They do take over 2 weeks to arrive, which was a bit painful.

I ordered "prescription" swimming goggles but received a very very cheap quality pair of Chinese goggles, in a standard -6.00 in each lens. Took them a few weeks to cough up a refund, then it was missing the pence, so that took another week to process. I won't go there again.

Easiest way of finding the best deals, though tariffs are usually altered by the company you choose; usually upwards, of course. But this is definitely the only way to get started with choosing your supplier for the next contract period.

Great app but extra charges

Great app. Booking was straightforward and I added a cabin very quickly for my 6 hour ferry journey. Payment process also quick and easy to do. Only things I didn't like were adding £49.50 for 'booking cancellation protection' and a £6.99 admin charge!

No way to contact these clowns!

Nowhere on their website or app can you contact RM about your redelivery. They continually insist on trying to deliver my parcel after 5pm, when my office is closed; THREE attempts so far. No card left as there is nowhere to leave a card, but no way to tell them how to use common sense.

They send you emails with discount codes, every blue moon. When you try to use the code, it's rejected because it's for new referrals only. Thankfully, these drugs should be available on the NHS soon, so you might not have to suffer using Med Express and their uncaring customer service. No loyalty discounts here!

Appalling sham company

Hair trimmer cost £43 and stopped working after 6 months. Sent it back and they said replacement is in the post, 1st class. Two weeks passed and no trimmer. Customer Service don't deal with this, apparently, so I tried several numbers, speaking to a Greek woman who only deals with kitchen appliances. Then spent 47 minutes on the Nottingham number, with no reply. Don't buy from this sham company. They care nothing about service. Braun needs to either employ more to handle customer issues, or start making decent products.

Still no response after months of asking them why their app does not work. The MyCSP website has the 'latest news' that they have 'won 3 more awards for outstanding communication', but this news is FOUR AND A HALF YEARS OLD, and it is clearly OUT OF DATE. Why do they not respond to anyone... who knows?

Polite and knowledgeable

Polite and knowledgeable man came and fitted a new windscreen within an hour. He advised me not to drive for a while and not to go through a car wash for a few days. Completed the job, leaving my car looking so much better and put new rubber surround in. Very pleased with the whole job.

App is pretty bad. Inflexible. Needs AI upgrade

App is pretty bad. Been trying to get a simple job done for 3 weeks. Who Can Fix My Car, or Fix My Car, or whatever it is called this month, keeps booking me in for a garage and then I get no response and can't cancel the booking. Have to keep creating new bookings, only to get no response again. Also, there is no way to block bad garages you've suffered previously and no way to mark which ones have already given stupid extra quotes, adding VAT and telling you there's a £100 minimum. Surely, someone can create a better app with AI that blows this one away. Only Click Mechanic is slightly worse, currently.
