I ordered a small carved wooden…

I ordered a small carved wooden heart-shaped urn for a nominal amount of ashes, and it's absolutely stunning. Thank you for offering this, my dad was a carpenter by trade so this is exactly the type of urn I was seeking.

Absolutely fantastic product

Absolutely fantastic product. We were kept updated on the progress of the making of the urn by email, and it was very carefully packaged, a box within a box, with cushioning all around it. Thank you for providing this lovely tribute to our loved one.

Stunning items

Stunning items - very well made, very strongly put-together. I ordered two garlands and a wreath. They were packaged really well too. Will be a repeat customer.

Great service as always

Great service as always - don't hesitate to get the insurance cover as the annual boiler service is included, I've used the insurance cover twice in the last 12 months and for both claims had a specialist on site the same day.

Just excellent service

The engineer came out 3 times until he made sure the boiler was fixed. The problem was very unusual - it was eventually found that some solder had made it’s way into the pipes & through the system.
He turned every stone to find this issue, consulting with colleagues and the boiler manufacturer & then fixed it. I am so grateful for his persistent efforts on this.

Excellent service

Quoted by Sean O on behalf of the Dudley store. He took the time to explain what carpet types would be most suitable for the areas being carpeted, along with the most suitable underlay. Also as I had just moved into the property, he explained the importance of having a gap of at least 2 weeks between painting the skirtings and having the carpets fitted. My order was then followed up with a call with the store manager to explain what happens next.
