In early February 2025 I instigated a request to lower my Whole of Life Polcy cover to £100k. My monthly premium at that time was at a level which I could not continue to afford. I assumed this would be a simple thing to do.
It is now late October & ReAssure have still not completed the changes requested.
The performance of their staff has been appalling & without any regard for me as a Client. I posted a review earlier & got a pathetic response which did nothing to help tp progress things.
I have been involved in countless telephone calls, e mails & letters.
Their ability to respond quickly & efficiently also explain matters is non existent. Progress has been protracted & painful. I cannot get any information at all from members of their staff , other than ' we are dealing with it '
The whole journey since February has been tortuous & stressful to the extreme. Customer & Client respect does not exist at all.
I will continue to battle to the end but am not sure how much further I will have to wait !!!!????
ReAssure you are a disgrace .

It is not just “this time”.
It has been a torturous experience since early February in my attempt to get ReAssure to carry out my specific & simple request.
The service, response & attention has been an absolute disgrace.
I have experienced being put on hold during numerous telephone calls ranging through 47, 41 & 27 minutes the most recent being yesterday which lasted 13 minutes on hold when the Agent then cut me off without any notice. No return call occurred either.
In April I instigated an ESCALATION procedure during a telephone call, which to date has not been activated.
I could go on ………

Very easy to make an appointment for the annual service, via on line.
Engieer phoned on day of service to confirm time of his visit. He arrived on time & carried out service with minimum disruption to ourselves.
Completed his service quickly & efficiently.
