Ordered a set of planters, they arrived smashed. Customer services were helpful and sent a replacement which also arrived smashed. I am still waiting on a further replacement… packaging / protection not adequate.

Bought numerous items from this boutique, the staff are very helpful on size and fit. Recently bought a beautiful blouse by Vilagalo and had so many compliments. I often order a few sizes to try at home, delivery is fast and the unwanted items I returned were quickly processed and refunded. I will be back again soon!

Love my little chinoiserie topiary trees, arrived packed and wrapped beautifully. More importantly delivered within 48 hrs.

Tried to speak to someone in sales three times today left holding for over 20 min each time! No alternative number, no option to leave a message for a return call.

Better colour matching / descriptive, expensive for what it is, I doubt this would last anywhere near as long as a bottle / tube of foundation. Coverage is average.

Ordered gold leather trainers as a Christmas gift, really pleased with them and the quality / price great but only issue was with the delivery. They took a long time to arrive and the tracking / updates weren’t giving me much in terms of when to expect them.

Fast delivery, courteous delivery team who assembled my table and took all packaging away. Product was good value & relative quality.

Delivery took a while, shoes arrived and were very small fitting. Made contact and was told I had to pay £3.99 to return or exchange them!
Returned but won’t purchase from here again if there’s a delivery charge followed by a further return charge should you find the sizes are not right…

AVOID!!! Dreadful experience when calling to inform them that we had a tiny part of a Shaws basket waste kit missing. (Overflow piece) I now believe it to be one of the director (whom I can’t name on here) I spoke to from reading previous reviews stating how rude / condescending he had been to others. I did politely ask him for his name but he refused, accused me of being aggressive when I politely expressed that I felt his response to my query was dismissive. My item arrived very poorly packaged and bashed in an old Amazon box ( not what you’d expect when purchasing a premium brand) The goods inside were surprisingly ok but we had a small part missing. He hung up the phone on me and when I called back carried on being rude and verbally provocative!
What a shame that a strong renowned brand like Shaws have a distributor treating customers so poorly.

Great service, driver found us with no problem unlike previous attempts. Very friendly & polite.

Takes too long to get prescriptions processed & then medication often has to be ordered & then delivery.
If I order sooner I often get a message saying I should have medication left, but realistically it needs a longer request time to get the prescription in time!
