This 5 star rating is not for AIRBAND themselves. We are awarding this to Donna Bond in the residentials team. We signed up for fibre broadband some 2 years ago and have had a hell of a job to establish what’s going on. We were made promise after promise by different staff assuring us it will be installed. Now some 2 years later we have put out of our misery by someone who was willing to tell us the truth of the situation. The upshot is we cannot have, as far too expensive to erect new poles, inter Alia. A big thank you to Donna, we now know where we stand, that’s all we were ever after to know whether or not it can be done.
There needs to be more people akin to Donna’s way of supporting customers within the organisation.......a big THANK YOU DONNA

Buying process was easy. Postal delivery seemed slow but arrived within 5 days. The non slip met I bought was easy to “install” and provided that non slip feel I was hoping for. I have only given a 4 star as want to see if it remains white & doesn’t go mouldy. As only used once so far I shall & see.

Part of my order was damaged. I had replacements within days. Can always rely on T&M for perfect products and when things go slightly wrong

The young plants delivered are beautiful, strong and really healthy. Have in fact ordered some more. My garden is so important to me and if you are on a tight budget everything has to be just right. Thank you YG.

Absolutely brilliant. Ordered products c 1pm and package delivered before 9am next day. Box all in one piece as were products inside. No hesitation in using again if this is the continued standard.

Arrived soon after phone call...thank you. Problem was resolved...thank you. But the engineer was arrogant, extremely abrupt, approaching rudeness. We now know he spent far too long in realigning our sky dish. Will not use again

What a wonderful service, from the telephone ops to the on the road engrs. Our replacement windscreen was not straight forward at all. The engr persevered, came up with the solution. Whilst it took a few days to finally complete the work, I take my hat off to National Windscreens for truly professional service.
