Overall happy with the saving I am making :-)

I tried to apply gellak 3 times: 2 on my nails and 1 on my toes. For nails: 1st time it went a bit off on the tips after a few days; 2nd time: 2 nails fully fell off (didn't even notice when and how) after 9 days, while others look ok. On my toes it goes a little bit off after 7 days. Still I am happy overall, because it looks better than expected, and since it saves me a lot of time and money - I don't mind re-doing it after a week and that it doesn't stay for 2 weeks. I also hope I can improve my skills so it has an impact too.
I was a bit frustrated about facebook support. I chose this brand over others when I saw that you reply to each comment and try to really solve the problems. But when I reached out to the FB support on the questions about products - they directed me to general pages I read and didn't reply anymore, leaving my question unsolved. Also I would love to know how to extend the duration of my nails to 2 weeks - but I don't feel that the FB support will provide me tailored-made advice.

We are glad to hear that you are overall satisfied with our products!

However we are sorry to hear that your experience with our Facebook customer support was a bit disappointing. That shouldn't have been our tone of voice and your question should have been solved.

It can be due to a number of factors if the gellac does not adhere well. It is important to always apply very thin layers. Layers that are too thick will come off faster.

To add extra strength to your nails, you can apply an extra layer of Base, and for possible extra strengthening, you can also look at our Base Extend or Rubberbase.
